Lesson One – 3rd December, 1.30 -2.30
In this lesson pupils will use the Scratch website to create something festive. We will also give teachers ideas on how the skills covered could be adapted for various learning opportunities.
This lesson is aimed at Second level pupils with 1:1 devices or Shared iPads. If using a Shared iPad it’s recommended that pupils should work in groups of no more than three. No prior knowledge of using Scratch is necessary.
Lesson Two – 9th December, 9.15 – 10.15
In this lesson pupils will use Keynote to create a Christmas animation.
This lesson is aimed at Second level pupils with 1:1 devices or Shared iPads. If using a Shared iPad it’s recommended that pupils should work in groups of no more than three. No prior knowledge of using Keynote is necessary.
Prior to this live lesson, please ensure your pupils have their iPads updated to at least OS 16 or above and have the Keynote app downloaded from the Self Service store.
