It is increasingly important for us as practitioners and ‘duty bearers’ to keep ourselves up to date with the experiences, opportunities, and activities that our young people are seeking out in their online lives. It can feel quite overwhelming for us as practitioners to feel like we are keeping on top of all of the latest social media trends.
Ahead of Safer Internet Day on Tuesday 6th of Feb, this workshop will help provide some understanding of typical developmental milestones and how that may impact your pupil’s choices online. We will also look how to keep the conversation open, relevant, and free of victim blaming.
