- Keep up-to-date with available accessibility tools, with a focus on supporting learners with additional needs – and recognising that what is accessible for one is accessible for all.
- Build responsible use of 1:1 and Shared iPads into classroom and/or school rules, ensuring engagement with the Home School Agreement and Responsible Use Agreement
- Enable learners to create and demonstrate understanding using a wide range of tools and apps.
- Provide learners with opportunities to give feedback and lead initiatives.
- Encourage learner participation in national digital events such as Safer Internet Day, Cyber Scotland Week and Digital Literacy week ideally led by a Digital Leader group.
- Embed resources such as ClickView videos or Forms quizzes into Class Notebooks to enhance engagement and accessibility.
- Regularly embed collaboration opportunities into digital tasks
