iPad Troubleshooting, Management, and Support Workshop – Open to all staff

Are you looking to enhance your skills in troubleshooting and managing iPads in your school? Our upcoming session is designed to equip teachers and staff with the essential knowledge and tools to resolve common iPad issues efficiently or know which support routes to follow if this is not something they can resolve.

The roles of technical support and administration are separate from that of the Digital Learning Coordinator. This is the perfect opportunity to expand your digital team that support the technical side of Empowered Learning.

This course is open to anyone interested in supporting iPad issue resolution in their school and may offer an opportunity for the workload to be shared by having more staff trained. Whether you are new to the role of admin/technical ICT support or looking to expand your knowledge to better assist your Digital Team, this workshop is for you.
