With Maths Week Scotland just around the corner, we wanted to kick off our year of Live Lessons with a ROOOARRR!
This year’s theme is Wild Maths, and so it is a perfect opportunity to collaborate with Edinburgh Zoo, where you and your pupils will use problem solving skills to build an app on Keynote that will test the mental maths skills of your friends.
We will even be joined by Philip and the team from Edinburgh Zoo, who will give us a sneak peak behind the scenes.
Both novices and experts are welcome.
These lessons are aimed at Second Level pupils with access to 1:1 or Shared iPads with their teacher accessing Teams on a big screen!
Format
- Teacher Session: Recording Available 17th September
- Online Live Lesson part 1: Wednesday 24th September 11 – 12pm
- Online Live Lesson part 2: Wednesday 1st October 11 – 11.45pm
Prior to this Live Lesson, please ensure your pupils have their iPads updated to at least iOS16 and have the Keynote app downloaded from the Self Service store.
