Following on from the success of last year’s collaboration with the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, Spring with Sketchbook, we are back with another challenge for our learners.
This time, with the support of our friends at the Botanics, we will explore biomes and plants, look at the materials that work best in real life for building Glasshouses, and discover how this can all be translated into the world of Minecraft Education.

Learners will also have the chance to use Minecraft to build on their literacy skills, using the Chalkboard blocks and Book and Quill feature to label and describe.
Prior to this Live Lesson, please ensure your pupils have their iPads updated to at least iOS16, have the Minecraft Education app downloaded from the Self Service store and know/have access to their log in details! No prior knowledge of using Minecraft is necessary but it is helpful!
Aimed at learners in P5-7 with access to their own iPad.
