Why?
Remote by Default means setting up all of our learning materials so that learners can access them in class and out of class.
Making our learning materials more available and accessible to our in-class learners has massive benefit to learning and teaching. It allows learners to utilise the different accessibility features of the iPad and gives more opportunity to work independently.
A benefit for learners is that if absent in the short or long term, they can still continue their learning.
The benefit for teachers is that by integrating this throughout our workflow means that there should be minimal additional workload to support absent and remote learners.
This session will show you many different ways you can make your workflow and resources easy to access for your learners on their iPad whether they are in the classroom or at home.
Who is this for?
This session is aimed at Primary and Secondary teachers who teach classes with 1 to 1 iPads.
